Now the sandwich, you are going to love also how easy this sandwich is, and ok, the bread I choose to make is the Sourdough Deli Bread, but you can definitely use any of the San Luis Sourdough® breads variety, but in my opinion the deli bread is quite delicious and perfect to make the sandwich even better, and of course the method I used to toast the bread in the pan in low heat complement the flavor a lot.
The ingredients are very simple and is super easy to make, you will find the this sandwich can be made with a lot of different ingredients, but today I want to take you to my childhood favorite, because this combination of ingredients is been my go to for many years and my grandma use to make me the same sandwich but with the addition of tomatoes.

The ingredients are very simple and is super easy to make, you will find the this sandwich can be made with a lot of different ingredients, but today I want to take you to my childhood favorite,
First melt some butter in a skillet. In a bowl mix eggs, salt and pepper and half and half, combine and cook, make a simple omelet.
Spread the beans in each slice of bread and place one slice of cheese in each bread.
Once the omelet is ready cut it in four and place one portion on top of the cheese and then a quarter of the avocado.
Place the other slice of the bread with the cheese on top; spread butter and place on the skillet to toast, don't forget to smear some butter on the other slice of bread and toast it too.
Serve with some chips and salsa or just like that. It is delicious either way.

The cookies are original from Peru and every country has there variation, I love to make this one the crumbles a little while you eat it.
In the center of the cookie you will find super delicious Dulce de Leche, I know I use it a lot, but it is completely addictive and that is the filling for this cookies.
So easy to make and very delicious, great for parties or any kind of fun activity like a picnic; a plus to these cookies is the they don’t melt.

2 cup flour
3 tablespoons sugar
6 egg yolks
2 tablespoon milk
1 stick butter, melted
1 can Dulce de Leche
Powder sugar for decoration
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In the bowl of a electric mixer add sugar, flour, butter and egg yolks, mix for 2 minutes, then add the milk.
Place the dough in a lithely flour surface and roll out, using a small cookie cutter cut the cookies and place on a baking sheet, repeat until you run out of dough.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Place on a cooling rack and let it cool completely before adding 2 tablespoons of Dulce De Leche to on cookie, cover with the other, sprinkle some powder sugar and Bum! ready to eat.

I’m so happy because today we are sharing one of my favorite things in the world cookies, yes cookies, today the #fillthecookiejar team is giving you ideas to homemade cookies so your kids can enjoy delicious cookies this school year.
We have a variety of ideas because we know how important is for you to give your child healthy and homemade food.
I make this basic sandwich cookies, not to sweet, the best part is you can smear wherever you want, yes anything well maybe not, but you got the idea.
They are delicious in hot chocolate yes delicious.
Give it a try I know your going to love it.
1 stick of soften butter
2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons ice cold water
Cream the butter with the sugar, add the egg, salt and vanilla extract, then add the flour slowly, last but not least the water add 2 tablespoons first check the consistence and if is necessary add the other tablespoon.
Make a ball cover with plastic and refrigerated for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 325 °F.
With a rolling pin roll out the dough to a circle of about an inch and use a cookie cutter to form the cookies, mine was about 2.5 in. they are little and cute.
Place in a baking sheet and bake for about 12 to 15 minutes or until brown.
Place the cookies on a cooking rack to cool completely and the smear the jam or peanut butter or Nutella or Dulce de leche or ganache or, oh my anything is good in this cookies, I used Dulce the Leche as you can see but is because my family love it.
This recipe makes 36 little. delicious and super cute cookies.
Definitely lunchtime we are always looking different sandwich options, get away from the routine of ham and turkey.
This sandwich gives us just that, a different option for us to enjoy a new flavor.
Pesto and chicken in a toasted bun, without the need to use special utensils, this sandwich is delicious and you will be able to use this same fill in pitas, tacos, burritos, etc..

6 mini baguettes
2 chicken breasts cooked (roasted chicken preferably the day before)
1/4 cup of pesto
6 slices of Swiss cheese
8 tablespoons of unsalted butter
Cut in half each mini baguette, and spread each half with butter.
In a hot pan place the halves of bread and let brown, be careful not to burn the bread.
Remove from the pan and place a slice of cheese and chicken pieces in a half of bread and 2 teaspoons of pesto on the other half.
Assemble the two halves in the same pan add a teaspoon of butter and place the sandwich to brown the outside.
