Turkey Croquets with Mushroom Sauce #SundaySupper
In my house we are always prepare, I made my signature turkey croquets with mushroom sauce and my husband help me with keeping our guest happy, passing along the wine.

Instructions
  1. For the Mushroom Sauce: Heat a pot to medium high heat, add the oil and cook onion and mushroom until soft and brown. Add the cream of mushroom and the evaporated milk, lower the heat, taste and add salt and pepper if necessary. Cook for about 8 minutes.
  2. For the Croquets: Heat a skillet to medium high heat. In a bowl mix turkey, egg, cilantro, onion, Worcestershire sauce, masa harina, salt and pepper, mix until incorporate.
  3. Add the oil, and form oval patties, cook for 3 minutes on each side. Serve warm with a side of sauce or warm with sauce on top.
