In a bowl mix together, carrots, cilantro, green onions, tuna and Worcestershire sauce. Then add eggs, and masa harina, mix until incorporated, add salt and pepper, and place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Heat up a skillet to medium hight heat and add the oil, cook tablespoons of the mixture for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Serve with a side of red sauce and white rice.
