  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat, sour cream, peanut butter, sugar and eggs, for 5 minutes. Add oil, and vanilla extract.
  2. In another bowl mix, flour, baking soda and baking powder, add to the mixture above and beat for just 3 minutes. Place the mixture in a bundt pan, previously grease and bake. Make sure to check the cake in the center once the time is over to be sure it is completely bake.
