Peanut Butter Sour Cream Bundt Cake #BundtBakers

Ok, so this month we have the challenge to create a recipe inspired by weir but delicious ingredients in a bundt cake, and this challenge was a little difficult for me, because I’m use to a familiar flavor combinations and it was a little hard to think on an interesting but delicious combinations to make.

I first took a look in all the cakes I made this past years and I did not find any peanut butter there, so I came out with this very interesting combo of peanut butter and sour cream. Because I love so much the flavor of the both together whenever I make a dressing.

I want to say thanks to June from How to Philosophize with Cake  for giving us this amazing challenge.

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat, sour cream, peanut butter, sugar and eggs, for 5 minutes. Add oil, and vanilla extract.
  2. In another bowl mix, flour, baking soda and baking powder, add to the mixture above and beat for just 3 minutes. Place the mixture in a bundt pan, previously grease and bake. Make sure to check the cake in the center once the time is over to be sure it is completely bake.
