  1. Cut the chicken breast into strips, place them in a bowl and season with the adobo mixture. Have, all the veggies cut lengthwise and ready. Heat up a pan to medium high heat and add the oil. Add the chicken strips and the veggies sprinkle more adobo, cook until chicken is completely cooked.
  2. Add the green onions and mis. Heat the tortillas in the microvawe for one minute, but firts cover with a damped paper towel to keep them moits.
  3. Once is ready, portion into the tortillas, 2 per person and sprinkle some cilantro.
