  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×13 mold. Sponge: Beat egg whites with salt until stiff peaks, add sugar gradually, vanilla and egg yolks one at a time, beat for 5 minutes. Sift the flour over the egg whites and mix with a whisk, taking care not to lower the volume of the egg whites, finally, add the ground chocolates. Bake for 20 minutes
  2. Mousse: In a bowl combine, cream cheese, dulce de leche and whip cream, mix util well combine. Add the gelatin to the water, let it rest for 2 minutes, then place in the microwave for 20 seconds, and add it to the abode mixture, remember to stir constantly to avoid lumps.
  3. Once the cake is cool add the cream cheese mixture on top, distribute the mixture evenly and refrigerate for 3 hours. Then cut the pieces, decorate and enjoy.
