  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease and flour a bundt pan. Cream butter and sugar for 5 minutes, add eggs one by one and cream for another 5 minutes. In a bowl, mix flour, jello, baking soda and powder, salt and lime zest. Add dry ingredients to the cream and sugar mixture, alternating with the buttermilk, add cherries by hand and mix well until incorporated.
  2. Pour in the baking pan and bake. Once ready let it cool for 20 minutes, remove from the pan and place in a cooling rack to cool completely. My cake took only 45 minutes, so check yours, about 5 minutes before time ends, remember every oven is diferent.

We are today super inspired baking delicious cookies in honor of our moms, and for me is a pleasure to bake cookies for my Mami. My Mom is not a person that love sweets or things pack in chocolate, so for that reason, I made her favorite cookies, which are super delicious and so, so, easy to make.

She loves cookies with some kind of savory flavor and in this case my I prepare for her and well everybody in the family my famous Oats and Nuts cookies.

I love them with some cool milk or cold chocolate milk. Yum! what a great combination, Don’t you think? I’m sure you will enjoy these cookies too.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and have a baking sheet ready with some parchment paper. In a bowl mix, oats, baking powder, salt, flour, nuts, and cinnamon.
  2. Cream butter and sugar, add the egg and the vanilla extract. Add the dry ingreadients and mix until combine. Place tablespoon of the mixture in the baking sheet and bake until golden brown.
