With this grill, pizza brings the Turkey to a hold new level on the grill this summer.
Cook the sausages on the grill, about 8 minutes. Open the cans of pizza dough and once the sausages are ready to place them on the grill, add the rest of the ingredients and cut the sausages to add to the pizzas.
Close the lid of the grill and let the cheese melt for about 3 minutes.
Once ready cut and enjoy.
I always want to offer and make easy, simple and healthy alternatives to my family, and this recipe is just the perfect example of why I love to cook.
My grandmother use to make this picadillo with lots of red meat, and I love it don’t get me wrong, but one day I decide to make it more simple and healthier for me and my family.
Just changing some ingredients and substituting the red meat with turkeywas enough to make the picadillo a great and healthy meal. I do love to cook with turkey and is present even in our hamburgers, yes I made turkey patties from scratch and is one of our favorite every Sunday.
Turkey is really good for you not only is a lean protein, in fact, turkey is a very versatile protein. It absorbs the flavor of spices and sauces providing a lean protein canvas for favorite recipes. In many cases, using turkey can mean a healthier dish with fewer calories.
So I did a turkey recipe remix of my grandmother’s recipe, and let me tell you everybody love it so much that it has become a favorite of us on Tuesday night, I know many of you will say that Tuesdays are for tacos, but in my house Tuesdays are for Turkey not only is super delicious but it is so versatile. I made my picadillo with ground turkey but you can also use turkey sausage, is equally delicious.
Heat a pot over medium heat, add onions and bell pepper, cook for 3 minutes, then add the ground turkey and cook for about 5 minutes, moving constantly.
Add the rest of the ingredients, mix until well combine, cover the pot and cook for 20 minutes over low heat. This slow cooking process is very important for the potatoes and turkey to absorb all the delicious flavors. Remember to check the salt before serving and you can always serve with a side of salad
There is nothing better than start the week with a good, delicious and healthy recipe, specially when is so good for you and super easy to make. I love to create healthy side dishes for my family and to teach my kids that all foods are good for you and good for your body.
This recipe is inspired by a stew that my mom used to make when we were little and she make it for us specially after a long day of study and doing homework, what a great way to have an excuse to eat a healthy meal.
As a side dish this stew always is a great complement to make for fish, or just prepare white rice and this stew and that is it, you don’t need a piece of meat or poultry.
In my case I make it for my kids once a week, you guess it on Mondays, I think that when you start the week with a healthy stomach it help you with the daily routine of the rest of the week, and let me tell you there is nothing better than a light meal on a Monday night, it helps you to sleep better, keep your kids focus and ready for the next day and you can save the leftovers (if you have some) for lunch and it would taste amazing.

I want to share with all of you a delicious, simple, easy and quick way to make your own homemade croutons at home. My goal for you is the at the end the day you will feel so inspired that you can come up with different and delicious ideas on flavors that you will never need to buy croutons again.

Believe me this is a key ingredient to make the best croutons ever.
We don’t only love it for croutons or sandwiches, but it is also delicious as bread pudding, toast with cheese or avocados and of course perfect for any time of the day; so make sure that you will use a good quality bread just like San Luis Sourdough® breads.
They have a good variety of bread and you can choose the one you most like but my personal favorite for this recipe is the slice sourdough, the taste and the quality goes perfect in this recipe.
Now that we have the bread, lets talk seasoning, for this recipe I choose a ranch flavor, but feel free to make them plain, sea salt, or any flavor you like. What is most important for me here is that you can see how easy it is to make them.
Remember also, to store your delicious homemade croutons in an air tight container, they will be super fresh and last for up to a week.

Homemade Ranch Croutons with San Luis Sourdough® breads #ad
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the slices of bread in small cubes. Place the bread in a baking sheet cover with aluminum foil.
Distribute oil, salt and ranch seasoning evenly over the bread.
Stir well with your hands and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, stir and bake again for 5 minutes.
