With this grill, pizza brings the Turkey to a hold new level on the grill this summer.
Cook the sausages on the grill, about 8 minutes. Open the cans of pizza dough and once the sausages are ready to place them on the grill, add the rest of the ingredients and cut the sausages to add to the pizzas.
Close the lid of the grill and let the cheese melt for about 3 minutes.
Once ready cut and enjoy.

This is my favorite time of the year and as always I can’t wait to share and create delicious recipes with my Latin twist. And this is a good time for you because I have the perfect recipe to make this to start celebrating Las Posadas. This is one of the biggest events during the holiday season, the entire community come to celebrate and share with everybody, you can’t miss the signing and food these days, it is amazing.
I remember how we all came to sing door by door and how we ended up in one door singing and at the end we enter the house, wich was normally my aunt’s house (she always had the best food) finish signing with our neighbours and family, to finish with a great meal, one of the best time of my childhood, we all came together as one big family to eat. To us, this was a special time, I had to spend some time helping my aunt with the food, sharing some laughs with my cousins and eating a lot, of course as a Hispanic for us there is not better time than the holiday season, we enjoy every single moment to the max, and now I can share all my memories and some dishes with my daughter, I’m sure they would do the same with their kids too.

Because this time of the year is so busy, I make the recipe simple and easy to follow, with ingredients that we all have on hand, and of course other products that as I told you before you can find at your local Walmart.
And of course, this rice is just perfect not only for this special occasion but you can easily make it as an easy dinner for a large gathering on a different occasion.
My secret to the recipe? You ask, using Knorr® Chicken Flavor Bouillon Granulated Bouillon to make the broth for the rice and the sauce and to add a different kick to the sauce also, I added some La Morena® Chipotle Peppers in Adobo, I love how subtle the spicy flavor is in my sauce not overpowering thanks to the chipotle peppers.
My recipe is simple but big on flavor and you will find it so easy to make that I just want to read all the comments you’ll have for me at the end.

Rice with Creamy Chicken Sauce, the perfect dish this holiday season.
Add some oil to a heavy bottom pot, over medium-low heat, and add the rice, cook for 3 minutes, add 3 cups of the broth, when starting to simmer lower the heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a diferent pot, add oil, butter onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes, add the chicken stir, at this time you can add, mushroom, salt, pepper, the chipotle peppers, milk, a cup of the broth, heavy cream and cilanro, let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Cover a baking dish with butter, and once the rice is ready, place have of the rice at the bottom of the dish, the creamy chicken, cheese, the other half of the rice, and more cheese.
Cover with foil and bake.

For the broth in 4 cups of hot water disolve 2 tablespoon of Knorr® Chicken Flavor Bouillon Granulated.
