Creating a delicious meal doesn’t have to be difficult! Make dinner a breeze with Smithfield Foods marinated pork – a quick recipe and meal solution.

Today I have for you a 1,2,3 recipe with a few ingredients, just the way we like it, specially when we feel tired and ready to just cuddle with our kids for a little bit before they go to bed. I use my pork in so many different recipes, and the different marines give you a huge angle to work and be creative. I love to make rice, pasta, sandwiches, and why not it is perfect for my kids lunch next day. Yes, you can enjoy an easy dinner, and save some for next day easy lunch.

This recipe is very easy and am sure you will find it super delicious too.

The first step is to have your ingredients ready, all you need is Smithfield® Marinated Pork, and in this occasion I’m using Garlic and Herb Marinated Sirloin, this one is my favorite, also you need an onion cut in feathers or slice.

Remember to preheat the oven to 375 degrees and had ready a shallow dish to cook your pork, it only take 35 minutes. Remember to let the sirloin rest before cutting.

Cook the onion in some oil on low heat for 10 minutes and at the end add 2 tablespoons of butter, it will give it a delicious flavor, don’t forget the salt.

You will need, mayo, sriracha mayo or honey mustard to spread in the Hawaiian rolls, use the little ones of course. And some cilantro leaves, is better than lettuce.

Once you have all the pieces ready just put together the sliders, and enjoy, they are truly a delicious, quick and easy option any night of the week.
