Now the sandwich, you are going to love also how easy this sandwich is, and ok, the bread I choose to make is the Sourdough Deli Bread, but you can definitely use any of the San Luis Sourdough® breads variety, but in my opinion the deli bread is quite delicious and perfect to make the sandwich even better, and of course the method I used to toast the bread in the pan in low heat complement the flavor a lot.

The ingredients are very simple and is super easy to make, you will find the this sandwich can be made with a lot of different ingredients, but today I want to take you to my childhood favorite, because this combination of ingredients is been my go to for many years and my grandma use to make me the same sandwich but with the addition of tomatoes.
