I love to cook healthy meals for my family and I’m very lucky to have on hand local grow products that I’m sure are fill with amazing benefits. We think that having a delicious and well balance family meal is a great way to bond during dinner.

I love to cook and share with my daughters my recipes and those that are passed on from my grandmother, and I remember how special it was to be with her and having a family meal every night.

Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken breast into strips, place them in a bowl and season with the adobo mixture. Have, all the veggies cut lengthwise and ready. Heat up a pan to medium high heat and add the oil. Add the chicken strips and the veggies sprinkle more adobo, cook until chicken is completely cooked.
  2. Add the green onions and mis. Heat the tortillas in the microvawe for one minute, but firts cover with a damped paper towel to keep them moits.
  3. Once is ready, portion into the tortillas, 2 per person and sprinkle some cilantro.
