SHRIMP SALAD

Suddenly your husband comes for lunch?

Well this has happened to me too.
The first thing I do is check what I have in the pantry and refrigerator, believe it or not sometimes we buy things and forget about them, then try to link the products I’m sure I can get to make a quick and delicious lunch.
And so was born this salad, with only 15 minutes to see what to do because my husband was coming to lunch.
The most important thing was that he was delighted and happy. Easy, healthy and delicious nothing else to ask.

INGREDIENTS

20 peeled and deveined medium shrimp
3 cups mixed lettuce
1 cup sliced ​​hearts of palm
1 / 2 cup marinated artichokes
1 cup grated carrot 1 cup water
1 / 4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl place the shrimp add salt and pepper, water and cover with plastic, make an incision in the center and cook in microwave for 3 minutes.

Assemble the salad by placing the lettuce, carrots, hearts of palm and artichokes.

Place the shrimp on top with nuts and drizzle with your favorite dressing.

Prep time 10 minutes.

Serves 2 people.
